Scion FireWire Camera Plugins for ImageJ |

Scion Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of plugins for the ImageJ program for use with the Scion FireWire 1394 cameras. For the Mac OS X operating system we have released version 1.3 of the software. The plugins include a standard capture plugin that will allow for single image snapshots. A Make Movie plugin is also included for making time lapse movies or stacks. Number of frames, frames per second or seconds per frame can be specified. Also included is a Live Capture module where a live image can be displayed and acquired. The java class libraries are available so that one can write their own plugins utilizing Scion FireWire cameras. |
